1. PPM 是一种热稳定的抗菌剂,用于植物组织培养中植物的微生物污染防治与清除;

2. 在合理的使用剂量下,PPM是一种非常有效的植物组培抗菌剂与保护剂,不会对植物的生长(如种子萌发,愈伤增殖、再生等)产生任何影响,可视为培养基标准配方成份;

3. PPM主要用于预防和消除来自空气、水源或者人体接触等外界因素导致的植物组培过程中的微生物污染,同时对于植物内生菌也同样具有非常好的抑制效果;

4. PPM广泛适用于绝大多数被子植物和裸子植物,但是不推荐用于蕨类植物、藻类等水生植物;

5. PPM具有热稳定性,能直接加入培养基高温灭菌而不会影响使用效果,使用更加方便;

6. PPM 相对于常规抗生素而言,性价比更高。
